1. Zero tolerance
We do not allow:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, audio, drawings, or AI-generated content.
- Sexualization, grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of anyone under 18.
- Links, files, or messages that share or request such material.
- Accounts used to organize or promote CSAE.
These rules apply to posts, comments, messages, communities, forums, tribes, TribeSpaces, calls, screen shares, profiles, and TribeMate prompts.
2. Age of use
TribePeer is not directed at children under 16. Accounts for users under 16 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement are not allowed. If we learn an underage account exists in violation of this rule, we will remove it. See also our Privacy Policy.
3. How to report
If you see content or behaviour that may involve CSAE or risk to a child:
- Use in-app report or block tools where available, and/or
- Email support@tribepeer.com with the username, post or message link if you have it, a short description, and screenshots if safe to share.
Mark the subject line Child safety report so we can prioritise it. Do not forward illegal images to us if that would create a new copy; describe the location in the product instead.
4. How we respond
- We review child-safety reports as a priority.
- We may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and preserve records needed for investigation.
- Where required by law, we report CSAM and related activity to competent authorities or designated clearinghouses (for example NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable).
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
5. Product safeguards
- Users can report and block other members.
- We may limit, hide, or remove content that violates these standards.
- Staff access to reports and related data is limited to people who need it for safety or legal compliance.
- We keep safety and abuse logs as needed to investigate and meet legal duties.
